Can I mix and match attractions?

Not at this time. This offer can only be redeemed for two-person admission at the same attraction, not for one-person admission at two separate attractions.

How do I buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased directly through the participating attraction in one of three ways. The purchasing options offered are at the discretion of the venue.

  1. Online:  Purchase through venue website using promotion code MSW22.
  2. By Phone:  Purchase using the provided venue phone number using promotion code MSW22.
  3. In Person:  Purchase directly at the venue by showing the downloadable NYC Must-See Week voucher (printed or on your mobile device). Please contact the attraction beforehand to make sure they can accommodate you at the desired time.

Is there a purchase limit?

Yes. The 2-for-1 offer is limited to two redemptions (4 total tickets) per attraction; however, the number of attractions you can make purchases for is not limited.

Does the voucher/code expire?

Yes. This promotion runs from January 18 through February 13, 2022.

What happens if my tour or event is canceled?

If your tour or event has been canceled due to Covid-19 or other circumstances, please check with your original point of purchase for a refund.

What happens if I can't attend my performance?

If you are unable to attend your performance, please contact your original point of purchase. Each tour or event currently has its own policies regarding cancellations.

What precautions are in place to help prevent the spread of Covid-19?

While New York City is fully open and vaccinations have been a boon to everyday life and local business, Covid-19 remains a reality for all of us. Public health officials have devised measures to help keep individuals safe. For instance, everyone who is 12 and older must provide proof of full vaccination to access New York City restaurants and bars, fitness gyms, and entertainment and recreational settings, including movie theaters, music or concert venues, casinos, botanical gardens, commercial event and party venues, museums and galleries, aquariums, zoos, professional sports arenas and indoor stadiums, convention centers and exhibition halls, performing arts theaters, bowling alleys, arcades, indoor play areas, pool and billiard halls, and other recreational games. Currently, children ages 5–11 must show proof of one vaccination dose to enter these venues; as of January 28, they must be able to show proof of two doses. Children under 5 who have not had the vaccine must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated parent or guardian. Masks are required for all individuals except for children under the age of 2.
